We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG).
What we collect
When you place an order or book a table we store your name, phone number, email address and — for deliveries — your address. Payment is handled at the restaurant or on delivery; we do not store card data.
Why
To prepare and deliver your order, to confirm your reservation, and to contact you about the status of your order (by email and, if you agree, WhatsApp).
How long
Order data is kept for 10 years because Swiss accounting law requires it. Reservations and contact messages are deleted after 12 months.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the restaurant, except our email provider (for sending confirmations) and Meta (only if WhatsApp notifications are enabled).
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Write to info@midorisushi.ch.
Cookies
We only use a session cookie that keeps your shopping cart. No tracking or advertising cookies.
